About Artist Residence Brighton
Welcome to Artist Residence Brighton, a small contemporary art hotel on the seafront that combines cool design with a warm and friendly service. Our 15 bedrooms are priced at those looking for affordable boutique style accommodation on a budget.
Located in the city centre on the Brighton seafront in Regency square our bedrooms boast spectacular sea views over the West Pier. All our hotel rooms are designed by street artists in an urban style. Whether you are on a romantic break or travelling alone, we are certain our young team of hosts will ensure you have a great stay in Brighton.
Rooms
Travelling as a couple? Choose from 3 different room types: - comfy double, micro sea view and superior sea view. Each room is individually decorated by artists in a variety of styles from urban street art to contemporary illustration. Our rooms have all the amenities you might expect in a boutique hotel such as digital flatscreen TVs and en-suite bathrooms with power showers, hairdryers and luxury beekind toileteries for your comfort.
If you're looking for the ultimate Artist Residence experience then why not enjoy the spectacular views in our superior sea views. If you're just looking for a place to crash then the micro sea view will do the trick. Those of you not fussed about the sea views can relax in our comfy doubles. They don't have sea views but don't worry we are located on the Brighton seafront.
Over the years Artist Residence has attracted some top name artists to decorate our hotel rooms such as Ben Allen, Jo Peel and Pinky. All our rooms are completely different so pick and choose to your hearts desire. Your comfort is our main concern. All our beds and mattress are pocket sprung with mattress toppers.
We also have a selection of triple rooms and family rooms for those travelling as a larger group.
Food
All our guests have access to our wi-fi cafe which has stunning sea views and high ceilings where you can enjoy the view with a nice cup of tea. We have put a lot of thought into food. So if you fancy some food then head downstairs to our cafe where you'll be able to enjoy a cooked breakfast or continental all prepared by our home cooks Mark and Mandy. We have a small but perfectly formed breakfast menu.
Art
If you imagine an atom, Artist Residence has art at its core. Its not just our art rooms. We also have an art gallery downstairs, which shows monthly exhibitions of emerging artists.
